Following on from my first singing lesson with Val, and
researching the anatomy of the voice had a positive impact on my own breathing
techniques .I practiced the breathing exercises Val had recommended on an
alternative daily basis, and within the space of around three weeks I could identify
the positive results of practicing, I was able to hold a note for a little longer,
more confidently and more comfortable than I had been able to previously. I intend
to continue to practice the exercises to improve my singing voice.
